Never Ever Give Up! - Transformation

Obesity rates are at an all time high.  This is not because people eat too much but more because they eat the wrong things and are suffering from poor diets.  By our own informal study, 80% of the people are now overweight.  Rather than measuring weight it might be more useful to see obesity as a sign of overall unhealthiness.  As in most diseases being overweight begins with the gut.

If you are recovering from an injury or cnronic disease remember one thing "Never  Ever Give Up!"  It is true that all disease and illness even obesity can be overcome.  But you have to have the right ingredients for success.

Fat Is the New Normal

The truth is that many manufactured foods are designed to turn off the satiety senses and allow the person to continue eating long after they have had enough.  Additionally, Leptin, an important protein, plays a key role in helping the brain determine how much to eat as well as other processes to health.  Manufacturers became familiar with the role of Leptin since the 1950's and have since begun to design foods contain the biochemicals necessary to interfere with the Leptin receptors in the brain.

Someone Is Manipulating Your Biochemistry

One glaring example is how certain beverage manufacturers significantly increase salt (sodium chloride) in the products and then hide that salt by increasing sugar and sugar like contents of their beverages.  Salt makes a person more thirsty and thus consume more beverage.  High Fructose Corn Syrup has a very detrimental effect on the body.  Food manufacturers continue to promote the idea that High Fructose Corn Syrup is natural and nothing more worse than fructose.  But research has shown that these measures adopted by the food manufacturing industry were skillfully calculated to make the unknowing consumer from realizing that their biochemcals were being manipulated for the benefit of the food manufacturers.

You Didn't Get Fat Alone.  You Had Help.
