The Sun Protects You From Cancer

There are natrual ways to support the Serotonin system without prescription drugs.  Eating more protein is such a way.  Tryptophan is especially important in this process.  It is essential for health and must be part of a healthy diet. Tryptophan  absorbs light.  Protects the skin against sunlight and is important in preventing pre-mature aging.

Tryptophan is a raw material for making Serotonin.   In fact, Serotonin can be called Tryptophan A.  Tryptophan is found in high protein foods like dairy, eggs, seafood and organ meats.  Soy, flax seed, asparagus and brocoli have some Tryptophan.  Also whey protein is an excellent source of Tryptophan.

You must eat carbohydrates.  40% of you calories should come from carbohydrates.  By carbohydrates we do not mean fast burning carbohydrates like sugar.  But rather, you should eat vegetables which also contain carbohydrates.  Dr. Terry Wahls \who made a complete recovery from MS suggests 3 cups of vegetables at every meal.  The combination of carbohydrates plus protein is really what boosts your Tryptophan the best.  But they have to be the right kind of carbohydrates.

Do not eat grains.  Gluten which is difficult for 80% of the population to digest is not the only problem with grains.  Plant opiates are heroin type substances made by plants.  It is similar to morphine.  This is why grains are so addictive and give a sleepy relaxing, "comfort food" feel.  The researcher, Candice Pert, known for making the film "What The Bleep Do We Know" also wrote a book called, "The Molecules of Emotion" where she explains how the human brain produces its own heroin type biochemicals.  As it turns out plants also produce their own version of opiates.  Could it be that food designers are using these biochemicals to make their food more addictive?

There are Exorphins and Endorphins.  Endorphins means inside the body.  Exorphins mean outside the body.  These compounds are similar to Morphine.  Exorphins are made in plants.  Endorphins are made in the Pineal Gland of the human brain.   These molecules are pain relieving, comfort inducing, anxiety reducing.  Endorphins are produced in the brain just like Serotonin and Melatonin are.  Many of the mainstream medicines have a suppressive effect on the Pineal Gland.  The Pineal Gland is important for your well being.  So, by suppressing it the well being of the person is disturbed.

One of the most important ways to stimulate the Pineal Gland is to get out in the Sun.  Do not use Sunscreens.  Not only are they toxic to the body but they have a suppressive effect on the Pineal Gland.  Serotonin, Melatonin, Endorphins are made in the Pineal Gland.  The Pineal Gland is made up of eye tissue and it is light sensitive all though it is in the middle of the brain.  The Pineal Gland is very important when it comes to Cancer protection.  Melatonin that is made in the Pineal Gland is amazingly important when it comes to protecting against Cancer.  And it is so cheap.  The Sun protects you from skin Cancer contrary to popular belief.  While the medical profession has encouraged the use of Sunscreens, Skin Cancer rates have increased by 300%since 1994.  Go to SkinCancer.org to see the statistics.

The point is that avoiding pharmaceuticals will help prolong your life and using natural means such as the Sun and organic nutrition with correct supplementation will reverse the aging process and allow you to avoid many of today's illnesses.  It may also be wise to avoid Fluoride in food and water which has a suppressive effect on the Pineal Gland.  One way to protect the Pineal Gland is to supplement with Iodine such as Iodoral.
