Dr. Peter Glidden hosts a daily one and two hour radio show called “Fire Your MD Now”. The show focuses on science based, clinically proven medical nutrition through holistic understanding of the human body. The intention is to support and promote the body’s ability to fix and heal itself.
Towards that mission, Dr. Glidden exposes his audience to different aspects of Metaphysical Healing as a real method of healing that must be included in any healing tool box.
Metaphysics works with the Life Force of the human body. That Divine intelligence of the human body that says the body heals itself when we supply the proper nutrition. Indian Yogi’s work with a Metaphysical substance called Prana.
Prana is a substance that is smaller than an atom and that can be used to heal the body. In a recent interview, January 30th, 2014, (http://www.gcnlive.com/CMS/index.php/archivespage?showCode=52) hosted by Dr. Peter Glidden with Dr. Russ Newman, of Hot Springs, Arkansas Dr. Newman discusses techniques that he has successfully been using with his patients to eliminate pain and promote healing. Dr. Newman is a Certified Lymphologist, Doctor of Preventive Medicine, Doctor of Clinical Therapy, Matrix Energetic Specialist and a Certified Pranic Healer.
According to Dr. Newman there are over one thousand lymph nodes in the body. The largest lymph nodes are under the chin, under the arms, the sides of the breasts in women and along every inch of the groin. If you have a swollen lymph node the best thing to do is use organic Castor Oil. Rub it on the lymph node and do circles counter clockwise lightly with your finger tips. Circles in a counter clockwise direction pull out inflammation and heat. Circles clockwise put Chi into the lymph node to heal.
This same technique can be used in the case of pain. Simply lightly rub the finger tips in a circular pattern either clockwise or counter clockwise to heal or pull out toxins from joints, bones or inflamed areas. To further increase the effect use Lymphatic breathing.
The purpose of the Lymphatic System is to bring oxygen to the cells and remove toxins from the cells. But unlike the blood system there is no pump such as the heart. Lymph fluids have to be moved manually. One of the best ways to move Lymphatic fluid is to use Lymphatic breathing.
Lymphatic breathing is done by slowly inhaling through the nose and then slowly exhaling through the mouth. When inhaling the chest rises expanding the Thorasic Duct in the center of the chest from which the Lymph System connects from the head to the feet and throughout the rest of the body. Do this several times per day for 5 minutes. Lymphatic breathing causes the all the Lymphatic fluid to circulate around the whole body with each breath, oxygenating the cells and removing toxins to the Liver and Kidneys for elimination.
Another method that has been extremely effective is the use of a rebounder while doing the Lymphatic Breathing. A rebounder is a small circular trampoline which a person can bounce up and down on making sure the feet do not leave the rebounder’s surface. Jumping on a rebounder would be “exercising” which does not produce the desired effect. Dr. Newman uses his rebounder for a half an hour every day. However, even five minutes a day while Lymphatic breathing produces spectacular results. I might also add that a rebounder is highly recommended in the recovery from Cancer.
Finally, one of the best ways to deal with chronic pain is by using a Biomat. A Biomat is a pad that has been infused with amethyst crystals. When energized by electricity it produces negative ions and far infra red energy that radiates deep into the tissue of the body. The results are that inflammation is eliminated and the body becomes pain free. Learn more about the Biomat here: https://docruss.thebiomatcompany.us/site/
