There is only one reason that people become fat. It is the same reason that people have Heart Attacks, Strokes, Diabetes, Arthritis, Asthma, Cancer or any other degenerative disease. People do not become fat or “catch” diseases because of a lack of drugs or medicines. People become fat because they eat too many calories.
Let me explain. There are four conditions which lead to ill health. They are dehydration, hypoxia (lack of oxygen), toxification and starvation. Yes that's right. Starvation leads to obesity. We are fat because we are starving. We are not sick we are starving. By starvation I mean either we are not eating the correct foods full of nutrition or the foods we are eating are empty of nutrition or our bodies are unable to absorb the nutrition.
All food comes from plants. All plants come from the Sun and vitamins and minerals in the soil. Plants use the vitamins and minerals in the Earth and the energy from the Sun to grow. The plants breathe in Carbon Dioxide and expel oxygen. We breathe in Oxygen and expel Carbon Dioxide. Contrary to popular belief Carbon Dioxide is not a poisonous gas but a necessary part of the cycle of life.
The animals eat the plants. Humans eat the animals. Humans and animals are unable to eat the soil. We need plants for that. The nutrition goes into our bodies and allow us to grow, repair, thrive, develop and to heal. When ever you see dysfunction on the skin, in the joints, in the blood vessels, the muscles, the bones, the brain, the heart you automatically know that there is a problem with food or digestion of food. A healthy body protects itself and heals itself.
One of the problems in this divinely designed system is the fact that plants only need three elements to grow in addition to the Sun. While we need as many as 90+ vitamins and minerals on a daily basis to be healthy. Plants need N, P, K (Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium). The additional nutrients we need have to be in the soil and we have to be able to absorb them.
Unfortunately, when Almighty God made this planet the elements were not evenly distributed in the Earth’s crust. Some places received more vitamins and minerals while others received less. This is why people from one part of the Earth have some diseases while others from other areas have other diseases. This is why vitamin and mineral deficiencies originally varied from one place to another.
As humans began to commercially farm to make money from food they found that crop yields could be increased by using chemical fertilizers that contained synthetic chemical forms of N, P, K. To our detriment the other 90+ nutrients were omitted no doubt due to the desire to increase bottom line profits. As a result two things happened. The land which was over farmed and exhausted became depleted of the 90+ nutrients humans need and our bodies became deficient in many of the 90+ nutrients we require to be healthy.
We became sick as any life form would become if they do not get the necessary nutrition. Our growth became stunted. Our organs failed including our skin, hair and nails. Our brain function became impaired. Rates of disease exploded. And we became fat! When you see a person who is fat or obese you are looking at a person who has malnutrition.
Today what we call food is nothing more than a concoction of chemicals and substances designed to look, taste and smell like food. But it isn't. You can eat as much as you want. You will never be healthy from this artificial food. You will always be hungry because you are starving. You will die a premature death because you starved to death. I recall the man who decided to go on an all McDonalds diet. He almost died after two weeks because his liver began to fail. He was not eating food. He was eating garbage.
When you eat complete wholesome nutritious foods you do not feel hungry 15 minutes later. The nutrition in the foods hit the satiety switch and your brain signals you to stop eating. Now that nutrition can not be obtained through foods you must supplement with nutritional readily absorbed natural vitamins and minerals like I sell. To do otherwise will allow you to be ill and starve.
As if that were not enough and with an eye toward increasing profits food scientist began to design foods that turned off our natural satiety switch in our brains. This switch tells us when to eat and when to stop eating. Once that switch has been turned off we will just keep eating and eating like cows being fattened before going to the slaughter house. Today, many of us look like cows being fattened with large weak muscles and lots of belly fat.
The foods and additives like MSG, aspartame and pastas were also deliberately designed to be addictive. The flour we use today is not from the same wheat that was talked about in the bible 2000 years ago. It has been genetically altered making it less nutritious and more difficult to digest. This change was not publicly announced yet it has been made.
The same is true with corn, rice, wheat, soy and thousands of other plants. They have all been genetically altered supposedly to produce more food and reduce starvation. The fact is that GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) foods produce less food and less nutrition. Remember, nutrition is not just putting things in your mouth. You have to be able to absorb the nutrition. Eating what looks like corn but is not does not create more food. GMO foods accelerate the onset of disease and premature aging. GMO makes you fat as your body begins to starve for nutrition.
In one recent French research experiment laboratory rats developed huge cancerous tumors after ingesting GMO foods. Today, GMO's are everywhere in all manufactured foods, drugs, supermarket vitamins and more. Even many foods labeled "organic" contain GMO plant materials.
Most people do not know that breads have the same chemical structure as opium. Bread, pasta, pizza, beer are all designed to take advantage of the human vulnerability to opiates. In other words, they rewire our brains so that we are compelled to keep consuming them. If you do not believe me just take a trip to your local supermarket and watch what people buy. Witness the starches like potatoes, rice, the sweets, the pastas, the pizzas, the large sweet fruits, the juices, the drinks and the cereals. They will also buy bread and grain products such as wheat, barley, rye and oats. All of these foods are sugar and GMO disguised as natural wholesome foods. But in fact they are killers and promoters of obesity
With all of this manipulation of the food, its easy to see why there is little or no nutrition in them. The food becomes dead. Dead food taste bad, looks bad and smells bad. Once the nutrition is removed starvation, obesity and disease soon follow.
Flavor enhancers and additives are added to disguise the fact that the food has no nutrition. Without those enhancements you would never eat those dead, tasteless foods.
Food designers had to come up with chemical ways of making the food look, taste and smell yummy when in fact they are nothing more than chemical garbage.
Read the back labels of your favorite foods and notice how many artificial things are in them. And don’t think that gluten free and other labels like “diet“, “low“, “salt free“, “sugar free” and “all natural” mean that they promote health. In each and every case any food that is manufactured and packaged in a plastic container is unhealthy. They tell you that they are wrapped in plastic for your safety. Not true. Real food is alive and is never suffocated in plastic. It does not have a long shelf life. And it does not need to be flavor enhanced.
By now many of you should be asking why do the manufacturers bother to even label their foods. Well, not only is it the law but it is a well known universal practice for "evil" to announce its intention so that you can have what can be construed as a free choice. You have no free choice where deception is involved. Evil never forces itself on people but it is the ultimate trickster and will do its best to confuse you. Evil takes advantage of our human nature like the serpent that offered Eve the apple.
Every food designer knows that the human brain is pre-programmed to seek out sugar, protein, minerals and essential fatty acids. The brain identifies sources of these nutrients by certain colors, smells and tastes. In particular the brain seeks bright colors, salty, sweet and oily tastes and smells. Thus we may have cravings for french fries and potato chips (crisps). But if your need for nutrition were satisfied you would be repelled by the smell of fried foods. If you were complete in your intake of vitamins and minerals you would not crave salt. And if you were getting enough good fats and protein you would not crave sweets.
The food industry counts on you being deficient in vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and protein to drive you to choose their fake chemically enhanced garbage. Fast food restaurants and makers of sodas depend on your nutritional deficiencies to sell their chemically altered concoctions. Often these flavor enhanced products are down right dangerous to your health.
Manufacturers of artificial foods also demand that their rotten foods have a long shelf life. Scientists could accomplish this by adding huge amounts of salt and sweet tasting stuff to essentially dead foods. Real food does not have a long shelf life. But by persuading the public that large mature round fruits are a sign of freshness the scientist can then work their magic. This is particularly apparent with vegetable oils.
That golden clear odorless product hides the fact that cooking oils are actually rancid, smelly and unhealthy. But through the magic of chemistry clarity can be restored, odors can be removed and the foul taste of rancidity can be covered up. Ask yourself this question, “how can oil from pressed vegetables sit on the store shelf for weeks and not go bad?” The oil never gets cloudy. The oil never smells rotten. Think about it.
Let me continue. Most manufactured foods are placed inside of plastic supposedly for your safety. Even the cans and boxes today are hermetically sealed in plastic. We are told that this is done for our safety and to insure freshness. There is nothing fresh about a vegetable, fruit or meat that has been stored in plastic. The boxes, cans and bottles we take for granted today are lined with plastics that are polymers made from petroleum industry waste. These plasticizers are absorbed into the body where their artificial synthetic structure interferes with normal natural bodily functions by mimicking hormones. This hormone mimicking has huge implications when it comes to controlling the way the body grows, heals, makes babies, fights Cancer and eliminates toxins. Estrogen toxicity is rampant amongst us, leading to men with breasts, women with huge useless muscles, increases in Diabetes, Heart Disease, Mental problems, Cancer and more.
