Why You Should Avoid Fruit



All disease is cell disease; more precisely cell membrane disease.  It is the cell membrane that lets nutrition in and toxins to go out. When the membrane malfunctions the cell malfunctions.  You must eat foods which allow you to maintain a well functioning cell membrane.  Those foods will contain the 90+ vitamins and minerals, Essential Fatty Acids and  Protein.  You get these things from food, proper supplements, flax seed oil, cod liver oil and preferably whey protein.

When cells do not get what they need they malfunction and inflammation sets in.  Cells die from:

1. Suffocation -  When cells do not get enough oxygen they go crazy and can turn into cancer or any other disease.  You must breathe in deeply through the nose slowly and from the belly.  Do this for a few minutes several times a day.  You can see an improvement in your condition immediately such as in blood pressure, sugar metabolism, strengthening of the immune system, etc.

2, Starvation - When people are ill they are usually ill because they are starving for nutrition.  You may be putting so called food into your mouth but food is not food is not food.  It has to be the right food.  When you eat the food must be fresh, clean and you must absorb the 90+ vital vitamins and minerals.  Otherwise the body will breakdown and you will be sick.

3. Dehydration - Many diseases begin because the person is dehydrated.  Cells go crazy when they do not get enough water.  You need at least 2 liters of clean, pure, non-chemical water; not from a plastic bottle.  Soda Pop, beer, wine, juice, drinks are not a replacement for water. 

3. Toxification - If you are eating supermarket foods chances are you are not eating real food.  As a result you will be putting toxins into your body.  But worse than that the waste of the cells will not be removed.  The cells will be smothered and die.  Food like bread, flour, grains, cooking oils, fried foods, all make the body toxic.

Today, laboratory engineered foods are designed to mimic natural foods.  But the truth is if you saw these so called foods for what they really were you would see them as white or bland, tasteless, odor less or foul smelling.  So, manufacturers use scientific methods to disguise foods so that you will think they are real.  They are not.  Further, many foods are designed to turn off the part of the brain that tells you when you have had enough.  The net result is you continue eating the flavor enhanced "foods" beyond your fill.  Also, many "foods" are actually addictive.  They are designed that way.  For example bread from the grocery store is intentionally designed to be addictive the same as cocaine.  The use of high fructose corn syrup or corn syrup is also just as addictive as cocaine not to mention the diabetes, cancer, alzheimers, arthritis that it causes. 

If you look around you you will see the whole society is fat.  This is not because they are lazy.  This is because of the chemical changes to the foods.  Disease and illnesses are rampant.  Drugs, medications and surgeries do not help.  The only thing that can heal the body is the body itself.  And that must function correctly.  In order to work correctly it must be fed the proper nutrition.

When you are craving sweets it is actually a sign that the body is craving proteins.  Whey protein is one of the best quality proteins available.  Rather than eating a candy bar or a can of Coke.  Try drinking a smoothie made with whey protein.  You will see that your need for sugar subsides.

All illnesses including obesity or weight gain are  responses to something having gone wrong in the body.  They are not the problem themselves.   You must look at the Triangle of Disease to help determine what is going wrong.  Simply getting rid of symptoms does not mean that the problem is repaired.  "You are not sick because you have cancer.  You have cancer because you are sick." to quote Dr. Lorraine Day, MD, a survivor of Class 4 breast cancer without surgery or chemo.

And if you are an athletic person who is not supplementing your diet correctly you are committing suicide.  Exercise alone will not protect you.

Speaking of fruit - you should avoid large sweet fruits and juices.  Most of the population is suffering from Fructose Malabsorption.  By taking in sugar, and fructose is a sugar, you  are setting yourself up for diabetes.  But in the case of fructose it is processed differently.  It is processed in the liver.  The liver is responsible for detoxing all the garbage we put into our bodies.  By eating fructose we add a further burden on the liver.


Fructose Malabsorption means that the fructose goes right into the blood stream where it can do the most damage.  In the gut as with all other bad foods, the absorption mechanism will be damaged preventing you from digesting what little correct food you do eat, the so called "Leaky Gut Syndrome".  When the gut has been damaged particles of food will go into the blood which is supposed to be completely clean.  Once the immune system detects foreign substances in the blood it becomes hypersensitive and autoimmune diseases like arthritis, asthma, lupus and others take root.  All this because you like sweet fruits?

You have to be careful about beliefs that most people have.  These are called memes.  Beliefs that are transmitted from person to person without any factual basis.  Even doctors and scientist accept memes because they would not be accepted by their professional communities.  Information on TV or in the newspapers which is controlled by the same people who operate the drug, food and medical industries is usually designed to keep you buying their goods and services.  Do not expect them to be truthful because they depend on your ignorance to make huge profits.   Do your own research.  Its your body and your health.
