BLOOD ENERGETICS



Keeping the fluids of the body moving is critical to your health.  Jumping, walking, running are all necessary to avoid sticky, clotting and acidic blood.   By moving you increase electrical energy in the body.  As you probably know the body is electric.  But if the blood becomes stagnate huge problems can develop.

There are many easy non-drug remedies to reversing acidic sticky clogging blood.  One of the most useful strategies is the use of bicarbonate of soda.  Baking Soda is used as a remedy for Cancer in some cases because it deacidifies the blood.  But be careful not to ingest baking soda during digestion because Stomach acid is necessary for proper absorption of minerals and vitamins as well as breaking down fats.  Also, be sure the baking soda you use does not contain GMO products.

A glass of water with a small amount of vinegar, backing soda and lemon juice will help to create Carbon Dioxide which has an important role in digestion and the function of the Pancreas.  If the Pancreas is not functioning properly due to low Stomach acid or some other problem like Diabetes you will not be able to breakdown food thus allowing  food particles get into the blood where it does not belong.  This can lead to autoimmune responses causing damage to the cells of the body and many autoimmune diseases like arthritis.

When food enters the Stomach the Pancreas releases bicarbonate of soda.  The Stomach uses hydrochloric acid to help break down food.  Secondarily, the bicarbonate of soda deacidifies the blood.  They work together to make food absorpable and produce Carbon Dioxide in the body.  When Stomach acid is weak or the Pancreas does not produce enough bicarbonate of soda digestion can become impaired and the blood can become acidic.

Another strategy is to make a cocktail of Milk of Magnesia and carbonated water.  This will result in a liquid form of bicarbonate of Magnesia which is just as useful as sodium bicarbonate only without the sodium.  This is important because so many people today are deficient in Magnesium.  

Avoiding foods which compromise digestive health is always important.   The primary cause of thick sticky blood and the subsequent drop in electrical conductivity, the so called “Zeta” potential is food toxins.   Any kind of perceived attack on the body is going to activate what is known as the “Clotting Cascade“.    That means the immune system will be involved.  That means inflammation.

Blood is a tissue.   It is a liquid organ technically speaking.   This means that it can exhibit the same signs of inflammation that any other organ can exhibit.   Just like the muscles, the brain, the joints blood also can become inflamed.  If you are dealing with thick, sludgy, prone to clotting blood you are dealing with an inflammatory disease of the blood.  If you have blood clotting issues you have arthritis of the blood.  This is why doctors use anti-inflammation treatments when clotting is an issue.

The Clotting Cascade is a series of chemical reactions.  It consists of 7 or 8 different steps towards a critical biological process.  These steps are the way the blood assures that clotting is tightly controlled and regulated.  Clotting is serious business.  It is only supposed to happen when we are wounded or something sneaks into the blood.  Cigarette smoke as well as hypoxia or low oxygen in the blood may lead to clotting.  Chronic inflammation from eating the wrong foods and stress can also lead to a thickening of the blood and clotting.  In effect, clotting leads to inflammation and inflammation leads to clotting.  The common thread is food.   These are causes of inflammation which leads to a stress response which leads to clotting.  The most important assault on the blood and the body comes from FOOD. 

This is important because here is where we have control.  We decide what to eat or what we put in our mouths.   Clotting is a lifestyle issue not a medical issue.   Clotting requires serious lifestyle abuse in order to come about.  The body does not clot for no good reason.  It is tightly controlled.  Blood clotting being a leading cause of heart disease and death it becomes imperative that we understand what causes it and how to prevent it.  The control of this deadly problem is in our hands.  There are plenty of choices we can make that can reverse this clotting issue. 

Sugar is especially problematic for clotting.  Fructose in particular is worse.  High Fructose Corn Syrup or “Corn Syrup” is a big clotting problem.  An article from the Journal of Diabetes Research stated unequivocally that a high fructose diet is “known to produce cardiovascular and metabolic pathologies”.  That includes high blood pressure and activation of the sympathetic or stress nervous system.  Both are related to blood clotting pathology.   And yet another article, The Journal of Thrombosis Research, “Fructose promotes abnormal clotting much more than does any other common sugar”. 

One of the best strategies to avoid sticky, clotting blood is to drink generous amounts of water and make sure you are eating lots of watery foods.   Drink lots of water first thing in the morning when you tend to be dehydrated.  For 6 to 8 hours while sleeping our blood can become sticky and clotted.  After meals, especially sugary meals it is important to remain well hydrated.  Even during the meals.   Especially if you eat a lot of carbohydrates, processed sugars and High Fructose Corn Syrup.  The same is true after exercising. 

Other important non-drug strategies include deep breathing.  Oxygenating the blood can help to spread red blood cells apart.  Avoid anything that stimulates the immune system such as food allergens, food toxins and endotoxemia which are poisons secreted by bacteria in the gut.  Supplementing with a good probiotic supplement and eating fermented foods.   Good bacteria are essential to maintain health. 

The Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s) such as Omega 3 and Omega 6 are critical for health.  Anyone who is dealing with a degenerative disease should be supplementing with EFA’s.  EFA’s are stashed away in the outside coating of a red blood cell called the membrane.  The membrane is the key to the health of a cell.  Everything that happens in a cell depends on the membrane.  The oily membrane is the part of the cell that is composed of fats and EFA’s.  50% if the membrane is made of Cholesterol.  Drugs intended to lower Cholesterol interfere with the vital component of cell membranes.

EFA’s are super electrical.  They carry around a cloud of electrical energy.  They are unstable because they are very electrically active.  The more nutritional power a supplement has the more unstable it will be.  EFA’s are super active and super unstable which is why they need to be fresh and stored in  a cold dark place.  Or, they need to be stored in a gel cap  to maintain their freshness.

Blood stays fluid primarily by the interaction of  the membranes on red blood cells.   When healthy red blood cells have a negative charge.  Like charges repel each other.  This results in each individual cell being able to flow with sticking to each other.  When EFA’s are consumed they are absorbed into the cell membranes.  The electrical activity of the EFA’s help the blood cells repel each other and promotes the smooth flow of the blood.  You can now see the link between deficiencies in EFA’s and degenerative diseases such as heart disease.  Under conditions of EFA deficiencies, fat malabsorption  or Leaky Gut syndrome  EFA absorption becomes compromised.  Under such conditions red blood cells lose their negative charge and begin to bunch up and stick to each other.

Clotting is the enemy of energy.   Some of the ways to reduce thick sludgy blood is to change the way you eat, move the body,  drink more water and deep breathing.  No drugs necessary to thin the blood.   There are great nutritional supplements such as EFA’s, Vitamin E and so much more.
